● Oracle Jewellery offers a lifetime guarantee for all types of products, subject to the conditions set by the company.

● The brand accepts product returns in all cases, except in case of loss or replacement.

● In the case of a product return, the refund will be issued deducting 30% of the original product's price as listed on the receipt.

● If the product is damaged or missing components, additional expenses will be assessed by the company and deducted from the refund amount.

● The return is considered complete when the brand has received all of the returned product including packaging, receipt, certificate and inspection.

● The company reserves the right to issue a new certificate in any case.

● Processing time for returns takes 3 business days.

Procedures for Changing or Returning Products

● Request a return or exchange through Oracle Jewellery's official channels. The company will not be held liable for any requests made through unofficial channels.

● Once we have received the customer's request, they can choose from the following options to send the product to the company

● Products can be inspected directly at the company's premises where the address will be provided to the customer.

1. Customers can call our service to arrange for pick up of the product from any location in Bangkok.

2.  If the customer is located in other provinces, the customer can send the parcel via Kerry Transport Company for their convenience.

3. All transportation expenses will be borne by the company.

● To ensure the safety of the product and to prevent damage caused by transportation, please take a video while packing. If the customer sends the goods via parcel, they should use branded packaging and pack the product tightly and securely.

● The Oracle Jewellery brand is not responsible for any damage caused by transportation. Therefore, we recommend that customers insure their transportation with the courier company they use.

● The inspection process for exchange or purchase will begin once we receive all returned products, including packaging, receipts and certificates, taking approximately 3 working days.
