● The brand accepts product exchanges in all cases, except in case of loss or replacement without a specified period, under the conditions set by the company.

● In the case of changing the product design, 20% of the product's original price will be deducted based on the price in the receipt. The replacement product must be of equal or higher value than the original product. If you choose a product of lesser value, the brand reserves the right not to exchange the product.

● If the product is damaged or missing components, additional expenses will be assessed by the company and deducted from the refund amount.

● The exchange is considered complete when the brand has received all of the returned product including packaging, receipt, certificate and inspection.

● The company reserves the right to issue a new certificate in any case.

●  Processing time for exchanges takes 3 business days.
