It is valid 1 year from the date that you purchase
- Children under 10 years of age are free of charge but have to travel with the parent
- Reserve or change the service at least 48 hours in advance (Can NOT cancel the reservation)
- Changing must be made in writing. By informing via email at least 24 hours in advance before using the service
- Customers are allowed to bring 3 pieces of luggage/person. If customers bring more than 3 pieces of luggage, please notify the company at care@oracle-jewellery.com which may incur additional charges

Arrival Service
Reservation:
- For inquiries, please contact any reservations or changes must be advised in writing care@oracle-jewellery.com
- Upon receiving the reservation via e-mail, a confirmation is sent back to Oracle Jewellery in writing via e-mail
Service at the Airport:
- Customer(s) are met at the airplane gate with signage stating the name of the customer
- Before immigration, if a customer has a nationality that required VISA on Arrival, the airport staff will assist the customer with the Visa on Arrival application form and documentation (any fee relating to visa on arrival will be paid directly by the customer while the Visa on Arrival Assistance Fee will be invoiced to the customer)
- Customer(s) are escorted to the one-stop service Immigration Counter and will meet the airport staff again once the passenger(s) complete the immigration process and come out from the immigration counter (Airport staff is not allowed to walk through the immigration with the passenger)
- At the baggage collection belt, airport staff will assist customer(s) with luggage
- From the baggage collection belt, customer(s) are escorted through Customs*
- After Customs, the customer(s) are escorted to the passenger's choice of transportation
Departure Service
Reservation:

- Upon receiving the reservation via e-mail, a confirmation is sent back to the customers in writing, with the meeting time
- The customer or the customer's driver must call the mobile number given in the confirmation email to confirm airport staff. Once the customer(s) depart for Suvarnabhumi Airport, Krabi International Airport. Call again approximately 20 minutes before arriving at Airport and agree on a meeting place.
Service at the Airport:
- Customer(s) are met directly from their arrival mode of transportation at the pre-determined time
- Airport staff assists customer(s) with luggages and escort passenger(s) to check in counter and assist with all check in formalities
- After check in, customer(s) are escorted to the fast track security and immigration channels, once the passenger(s) enter this area, the passenger(s) will no longer be escorted by the airport staff and the airport staff will meet the passenger(s) behind the immigration counter
- The customer(s) are escorted to an airline’s departure lounge (if applicable) or to the departure gate unless requested otherwise by the customer(s). [Airport staff is not allowed to wait in the lounge or at the departure gate with the customer(s)]
- The passenger(s) are escorted directly to the gate
